Our Safari Trip to Entabeni in South Africa

Last Thursday Pat, Stef and I took the girls to Entabeni. It's in the Limpopo Provence of South Africa. We all took turns watching the girls while the other 2 went on game drives. On Friday we didn't do any game drives, b/c Pat went with 7 of his friends from work to play the "Signature Golf Course" and do the Extreme 19th hole. The golf photos will be posted soon. During our evening game drive we stopped for "sun-downers." Pat and I took pics as the sun was setting.

We saw hippos!!! If you look closely in the pic above you can see one.

Before Stef and I went on our morning drive at 6am there was a mother rhino and her baby that walked right up to the lodge to get a drink from the pond. Cool huh.

Isabel's 2nd Birthday Party

Today we celebrated Isabel's 2nd Birthday at Yeesh in South Africa. All her friends came young and old. She had a great time.

Time for cupcakes...Isabel wasn't too sure about it all. She did end up blowing out 2 candles on her own! She had 3 candles....2 for being two and 1 for good luck.

Isabel LOVED all her presents. She'll get even more when we have her family birthday this week on her real b day (Sept. 22nd).
